The crew who moved us was phenomenal. Our first crew assigned to us could not show up (not their fault). The crew that showed up to do the job came from Atlanta to Chattanooga to complete the job for us. They were worth the wait! Excellent attitude. Hard workers. I had a very smooth and easy booking experience. I contacted them online and filled out a simple form to get a quote for my move. They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate. They also followed up with a phone call and answered all of my questions about the move. They explained to me the steps involved in the process, the cost breakdown, and the expected delivery date.

Fox Moving and Storage of Atlanta is like no other! I initially called them on a Saturday to ask if there was any chance that I could schedule a small move the next day, which was Sunday, expecting them to laugh at me, but they said yes. I ultimately had to reschedule due to a conflicting schedule on my part.I had the pleasure of meeting the movers today and they were professional, respectful, and a delight to work with! The team assigned to my move was Louis, K and Michael. They were great!My husband and I were so impressed that we will be using this company for our big move (one household to another) in a few weeks.I highly recommend this team and this company to anyone who wants quality work with flexible scheduling 7 days a week!Update to my prior review… we used Fox Moving and Storage again on May 20th for our big residential move. I could not be more impressed with their performance and service. Eric and Megan, who work in the office to support scheduling, were both extremely professional and their follow through was great.We were assigned Wes, Tay (aka K), and Issac. They were very efficient and friendly. They maintained a positive attitude, even though our move wasn’t completed until nearly 1AM. I highly recommend their services.We have a third move scheduled sometime later this month and we are looking forward to working with Fox Moving and Storage again!We had our third and final move with Fox Moving and Storage. Again, everything was perfect! Big shout out to Eric and Megan for their support in scheduling. Our movers arrived ahead of schedule and were so very polite and friendly. The Fox Moving Team in ATL was great to work with. The team was punctual and communicated well. Some minor damage to a couple pieces of furniture, but there were no major issues.Overall, I would recommend Fox Moving. I have used both the ATL and Knoxville branches and had good experiences with both.

I would definitely recommend Fox Movers because they are reasonably priced and the movers were very polite and patient. I kept trying to help them and they told me I didn't have to do anything lol. Every time I added something extra to put on the truck they were happy to put it on the truck. It was very nice to experience such professionalism and great customer service.

I have had some really, REALLY terrible experiences with moving companies in the past, but Fox Moving exceeded my expectations with this move! They made the process easy, convenient, and transparent from start to finish. From scheduling the move, to receiving the quote, the staff were super polite and very responsive and courteous. The moving team showed up on time and communicated with me throughout the whole process -- from the loading, to warehouse storage overnight, and then delivery the next day. The moving team took amazing care and diligence in wrapping furniture and treating it as if it were their own. They were very friendly as well, making us feel comfortable from start to finish. Cannot recommend Fox highly enough and they will be my first call if I ever have to move again!

I would recommend Fox Moving and Storage of Atlanta to anybody especially if Wes, Mikey, and Buddy are the crew that they send every time. They came earlier than expected, they were fast and very delicate with my glass, they were very professional and funny. I think my stomach still hurts from laughing at them! They didn't try to move slow to make the bill for extra time, they were very quick and they work well together. I will definitely book them again!

Fox moving company was great. The Wes, Mike and Mike crew was fabulous. They were awesome at wrapping everything meticulously and moving and loading all my stuff as to not cause any damage to the item or walls or floor. The actual day I wanted to move got moved out a day due to crew scheduling which altered some of my plans but the whole move itself was great. Best money spent. My stuff got moved to storage. I hope I can request this crew again when I move into new house.

5 Stars for the men who were assigned to my move. Brian, Antwan & Josh were great! Very professional and hardworking. I gave 4 stars because the gentleman who answered the office phone was extremely rude. I needed to pay for my services before the guys unloaded my things but my bill needed to be corrected. I called to have the bill adjusted and he kept cutting me off, told me to just pay it and they’d fix the larger amount later. When I asked what later was he told me that he had a customer in front of him and didn’t have time to discuss it and he’d call back.

These guys showed up on time, and got busy right away. They were pleasant, as careful as could be and the move went probably as best as a move can go. Ours was an out of state so we were nervous, but the next day they showed up and unpacked the truck quickly and without any drama. Moves are always challenging and exhausting but in the end this one went better than the previous. Great job guys.
