They were respectful of all my things while transporting. They even moved furniture that I wasn’t taking, and put it into a different part of the house I was leaving. The company was very helpful with all my moving needs and requests. Everyone I spoke with was very nice.

I had a glass display case full of collectibles, and they packed it with so much care. Each shelf was removed, wrapped, and labeled. They used corner guards for the glass and strapped it upright in the truck.

These movers were the perfect fit! They carefully disconnected all our monitors, computers, and servers, meticulously labeling every cord and wire. Max used some anti-static bags for all our sensitive equipment.

Amazing event. In general, the company was quite accommodating to our schedule. Communication was consistently professional and prompt. All of these men were fantastic. We asked them to help us move some unexpected office supplies without hesitation, and they gladly obliged. They were exceptionally conscientious and pleasant to work with. The team was very careful, wrapping everything in thick blankets. They moved everything, including the large TV and antique furniture, with no issues. The guys packed up the truck neatly, ensuring nothing would shift during transport. Delivery was on time, and nothing was damaged.

What a outstanding job. Dameion and Eric provided exceptional service. They arrived on time and was very responsible. They jumped right into moving my Daughters furniture. We had a wonderful experience with the Fox Moving and Storage team! Nery gave us an in-home estimate that was competitive for pricing and the moving team showed up on time each day for our move. It was not a small move… Stephen, Zoe, Davis, Sam, Kobe, Ish, and Ace went above and beyond to pack our belongings safely and were professional and friendly!! We could not have asked for more!! Would recommend to anyone looking to do a move in the Charlotte area and we appreciate all they have done for us.

Fox saved the day! After another moving company cancelled on my the night before a big move Fox came to the rescue. I sumbitted an inquiry on their website at 7:45pm and after a nice conversation with an actual human, I had my reservation all set by 8pm. Phew!The guys are total pros who take pride in their work and handled my move with care. I'd absolutly use them again and reccomend them to anyone.Thank you SO much!

The service provided was such a relief!!! Everything went very smoothly. The communication was on point. The staff was very thorough in communicating the process to ensure clarity from A - Z. I underestimate the amount of "stuff" I had. The movers were very patient and careful with the items.When you compare the effort that would have been required to coordinate to the expense incurred, it was so worth it.I highly recommend Fox Moving.

Long Distance move review:Estimate process was simple enough, make sure to be as specific as possible. This way thy know and are able to accurate price it out. My quote was the price I paid because things weren't drastically different (double the amount of stuff).Day of the move: Sort of frustrating that I had to call and figure out when they were going to be there to start the process. Ended up with a 2 hour window for them to arrive, and they arrived in the early part of that. Filled out some paperwork and it was all good. Maybe a little aggressive with the sofa but all in all things were taken care of as they were loaded.Move process: Ended up getting to my destination a bit quicker than estimated, which was great. Crew, Justin and Terrence, were chill about me being in contact with them about their ETA and such.Unloading: Again super chill, filled out some paperwork, they had to call their manager to get the payment stuff taken care of, feels like that could be a bit better but it was fine in the end. Crew wanted to make sure they put stuff where you wanted it.Overall it was super chill with them. They answered questions about the process from a panicked person trying to move at all hours. I would use them again for a long distance move.

They were professional, courteous and kind. I could not recommend these guys enough. I have heard plenty of horror stories about moving companies and this completely negates those! If you are looking for a moving company in Charlotte, I could not recommend them more.

Alex, Antonio, and the rest of the crew were great! At the time at booking, the estimated cost was accurate, and the loading/unloading process was stress free. Our move was from Charlotte to Charleston, and having the same friendly faces on both sides of the move really showed us they care about our items and really added to the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
