When we at Fox Moving decided to launch our FOXCARES community giving initiative during the holiday season, selecting our first non-profit partner was an easy task. With temperatures falling and Thanksgiving & Christmas rapidly approaching, the work of Nashville Rescue Mission in our community may have even more value than it does any other time of the year.
Since 1954, Nashville Rescue Mission, a Christ-centered organization, has been providing shelter, food, clothing, and support to Nashville’s homeless men. In 1968, they expanded their program to include the needs of women and children of our community. Now, daily, the center is facing challenges in meeting the increasing demand for their services in our growing city. Their services include emergency services as well as a life recovery program, covering everything from a struggling person’s immediate need for food and shelter to long-term support to allow individuals to build better, brighter, more stable futures.

We’ll donate $10.00 from every move in the month of December directly to Nashville Rescue Mission in order to help them in “providing hope for today, hope for tomorrow, and hope for eternity to the hungry, homeless, and hurting.”
